Add a disconnect button in the app

There is no ‘disconnect’ ability in Fuse Cash app. When you connect to an app via wallet connect the connection remains unless the website cookies are cleared, or the website specifically codes a disconnect.

For security, there should be the ability to:

  1. See all open connections (i.e. all apps the wallet is connected to)
  2. Close all or selected connections
